For clarity, the following terms are used consistently throughout these Terms:
You must be competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, a legal guardian must transact on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Your mobile number is your primary identifier. Keep your mobile number and email current; OTP verification may be required for changes.
If you do not access your Account for 2 (two) years, Argo Navis may delete your Account data (including transactional data) subject to legal retention requirements.
Argo Navis provides an online marketplace to browse, compare, and purchase Products listed by Sellers or Argo Navis (as applicable).
Orders may be fulfilled directly by Sellers or by Argo Navis/its logistics partners depending on the fulfilment model. Specific policies (returns, exchanges, warranty) may vary by category and will be shown on the Product page.
Argo Navis requires Sellers to meet prescribed catalogue standards (accurate descriptions, specifications, tax/HSN, compliance tags, media assets, barcodes). Argo Navis may reject or seek corrections for non-compliant listings.
Unless Argo Navis is the seller of record for a Product, Argo Navis is only a facilitator. Contracts of sale are strictly bipartite between Buyer and Seller.
Argo Navis does not own title to third-party Products at any time and is not a party to the sale between Buyer and Seller, except where Argo Navis is the seller of record.
Commercial terms (price, discounts, delivery timelines, warranties, after-sales support) for third-party listings are offered by Sellers. Argo Navis does not control or guarantee Seller performance.
Argo Navis may, at its discretion, re-price or apply Platform discounts at Argo Navis's cost to maintain price parity and a consistent user experience.
You agree not to host, upload, post, transmit, or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, infringing, misleading, or otherwise prohibited under applicable laws.
Without limiting other remedies, Argo Navis may cancel orders, disable COD, restrict returns, or suspend Accounts where we detect, for example:
Pricing shown on the listing page is set by the Seller/Argo Navis and may differ across Sellers for the same style. Taxes and shipping/GT Charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
Prices can change before you place the order. If a pricing error is discovered after you order, the order may be cancelled and the amount (if paid) refunded.
Argo Navis may apply additional Platform discounts at its own cost to maintain price parity with other channels. This does not reduce your post-order confirmed price; it only improves it where applied.
Your order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when the item is dispatched (or earlier, if we explicitly accept). We may cancel all or part of an order (e.g., stockouts, address issues, payment risk, legal restrictions).
For multi-Seller carts, each Seller may process its portion separately. Partial shipments may occur.
In rare cases, a Seller may reject an order for objective reasons (e.g., regulatory restrictions, location coverage). Any amounts charged will be refunded.
Product details (specs, sizes, materials, care, warranty) are provided by Sellers or manufacturers. While Argo Navis enforces catalogue standards, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are accurate or error-free.
Colour/finish may vary slightly due to digital displays or batch differences.
Warranty claims are handled by the brand/Seller/service centres unless Argo Navis is the seller of record and expressly assumes warranty responsibilities.
Delivery timelines shown are estimates. You agree that delivery may be performed by independent logistics partners.
Delivery Claims Window: Claims of non-receipt/non-delivery must be raised within 5 (five) days from the delivery date reflected on the Platform. Lack of notification within this period will be treated as deemed delivery.
Title and Risk: Where Argo Navis is the seller of record, title passes on dispatch and risk passes on delivery confirmation at your address. Where a third-party Seller is involved, title and risk transfer as per the Seller's terms.
Category-wise return/exchange windows and conditions are displayed on the product page and Returns & Refunds Policy page. Certain items are non-returnable (e.g., innerwear, perishable, hygiene-sensitive, altered garments, custom products).
At the time of raising a return request, you must confirm that the item is unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Returns failing quality checks will be rejected and re-shipped back to you.
For approved returns, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method or Argo Navis Credits, as per your selection where available. For COD orders, refunds are processed via electronic transfer to your bank account.
Refund Timelines: Refund initiation typically occurs within 7–10 working days once the returned item passes QC. Bank credit time may vary by issuer.
Argo Navis Credits (goodwill, loyalty, referral or promotional balances) are valid only on your own registered Account, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or external payments.
Misuse or creation of multiple accounts to exploit Credits may result in forfeiture and suspension of your Account.
Promotional offers, vouchers and gift cards are subject to specific terms. If an order is cancelled or returned below the threshold, Argo Navis may reverse or adjust such benefits.
All payments must be in INR through supported instruments using authorised gateways and processors. Argo Navis is not liable for any failure due to lack of authorisation, bank limits, declined transactions, or use of unsupported methods.
Argo Navis or Sellers may request PAN, ID or address proof to verify ownership of the payment instrument or for high-value purchases (≥ INR 2,00,000) as required by law.
Refunds are processed to the original instrument where possible; otherwise, alternate bank details may be requested.
Argo Navis may charge a Platform Fee (for app/Platform upkeep) and will display it clearly at checkout for eligible orders.
GT Charges: By placing an order, you agree to engage an independent Goods Transport Agency (facilitated by Argo Navis) for movement of goods from Seller to you. GT Charges vary by distance, order value, time, etc., and are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes will be applied.
The transporter will issue a Consignment Note with terms governing carriage. The transporter is not a buyer/seller of goods and bears no title or interest in the Products.
You may post reviews, ratings, questions, images, or comments ("User Content") where the Platform enables it. You represent that you own or have rights to the User Content you share.
By posting User Content, you grant Argo Navis a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, display and distribute such content on the Platform and connected channels.
Argo Navis may moderate or remove User Content at its discretion, without obligation to monitor all content.
All Platform content, including logos, images, audio, video, design, layout, software, and databases, are the property of Argo Navis or its licensors and protected under Indian copyright, trademark and other laws.
You are permitted to use Platform materials only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, scraping, redistribution, or derivative use without prior written consent is prohibited.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws while using the Platform, including:
Your data is governed by the Argo Navis Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Argo Navis complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). You may exercise rights under the DPDP Act, including access, correction, withdrawal of consent, and grievance redressal, as per our Privacy Policy.
For logistics, payments, returns, fraud detection, and compliance, you consent to sharing necessary data with Sellers, logistics service providers, payment gateways, and regulators.
On select categories, Argo Navis may provide alteration services (e.g., pant length, waist adjustments) in specified locations. Products altered are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Alteration services are provided on an "as is" basis. Argo Navis disclaims responsibility for fit or comfort after alterations. You may cancel an alteration request at any time before measurement.
For customised products/services, Argo Navis acts only as a facilitator connecting you with the brand/Seller. All quality, compliance, and fulfilment responsibility rests with the Seller.
By opting for customisation, you consent to Argo Navis sharing your contact details with the Seller/brand.
The Platform, content, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argo Navis is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Argo Navis's aggregate liability is limited to the value of the Product(s) that are the subject of the claim.
Argo Navis is not responsible for delays, force majeure events, network failures, or external service provider defaults.
Argo Navis may cancel, suspend, or refuse any order at any stage if it reasonably determines the order is fraudulent, bulk, or invalid, including where:
Any promotional vouchers, credits, or discounts used on such orders may be forfeited and non-refundable.
Argo Navis may suspend or terminate your Account if you: breach these Terms or Argo Navis Policies; engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct; misuse offers, returns, or payment instruments; or provide false contact details.
Upon termination, your access ceases immediately, any Argo Navis Credits are forfeited, and Argo Navis may preserve limited transactional data for compliance purposes. You may close your Account at any time by contacting support.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Argo Navis, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from:
For Seller-supplied products, Seller details will be visible on the product page. If you have issues with a Seller's product, you may raise a ticket via Argo Navis's Help Centre or write to us at imargonavis@gmail.com.
Argo Navis will make reasonable efforts to facilitate resolution but is not a guarantor of Seller obligations. If disputes persist, you may pursue remedies directly with the Seller or under applicable consumer law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any transactions.
